Words from the Faculty Head
Welcome to the college website. It is my honor to serve as a Dean Faculty of Business and Vocational and to help the Institution provide a world-class business education for its citizens and wider community. Our aim in the college is to provide the cutting-edge knowledge and skills that prepare graduates for a dynamic and global business world.
Since the college was formed 30 years ago, we have seen many of our graduates become successful leaders and managers in business, industry and government around the region.
Our graduates are primarily from Uganda, but we also welcome an increasing number of Rwandans and people of other nationalities as part of our student body.
The college is internationally recognized and maintains the highest academic quality standards.
The college holds accreditation from National Council for Higher Education and affiliated to MUBS & Kyambogo University.

All of our programs provide a challenging and stimulating, learning environment for students. Within the context of business our students learn to think critically, solve problems, work in teams, take on leadership roles, communicate effectively, make presentations, and mature as individuals.
In the College, we also believe strongly in applying learning to real-world problems where theory and practice are integrated in working towards a solution.
We are passionate about helping students learn about the realities of business and providing them with the skills that will serve as a solid foundation for their career.
In the college we have a highly qualified staff with them along experience of teaching in excellent institutions.
The faculties provide an environment where business is taken very seriously with a bit of fun included. We provide the opportunity to study at levels 2-3 so wherever your previous expertise has taken you, we have a course to accommodate your current needs.
We encourage development of your employability skills at all times and expect you to relate all that you do to your future.
As part of the course you will be offered a high quality work experience placement directly related to your career ambitions. Our teaching is of a high standard and involves a mixture of academic work with lots of practical applications.
You will take part on real life projects, from running the box office for the performing art shows to launching a new ready meal complete with taste, test and packaging design,. Students are also taken on visits to relevant sites.
