FEES PAYMENT POLICY:
Parents who cannot afford paying full amount of fees at the beginning of the Semester/Term should pay at least half (50% of the total amount) at the beginning of the semester/Term and full payment (100%) before the end of the sixth and fifth weeks respectively. Parents/Guardians who depend on salaries to pay fees may approach the Bursar for adjustment in the fees payment policy. Bank the school fees directly to any branch of the following banks in Uganda. Centenary Bank on Account No. 3100039152 or Post Bank Account No. 16312000000050 Bank of Baroda Account No. 95120200000096. Or any other gazzated college bank. The Account name is African College of Commerce and Technology. Proof of the bank pay in slip will be required. School Pay. The college has introduced the School pay System to enable the students and theirparents pay using their cel-phone anytime from anywhere. The students chould pick their school pay cards from the Bursar. Accommodation: The College provides accommodation for both male and female students. However, a student who prefers to have private accommodation is free to do so in agreement with the college administration and parent. Feeding: The College provides meals to its students. This is optional. The menu is mainly rice, posho, potatoes, beans and ground nuts. Green vegetables in season. A special diet is available at an extra cost. Fees Refund: The college does not refund fees paid in excess of the required amount, but will carry it forward to the proceeding semester, or to cover graduation fees. Parents are advised to provide the student with personal tools, equipment and materials for programmes enrolled. Also needed is uniform for particular programmes eg Overall/overcoat, gumboots, helmet, gloves for Engineering; Black Trousers or Skirt , coat, tie and white shirt for Hotel and Tourism; Jackets for Journalism. |
